What an Alert Booster does
An eligible activated booster gives an approved missing-pet alert priority placement for five days and supports additional sharing activities described on the platform. It does not guarantee a specific audience size or reunion.
- The report must contain accurate information.
- Each missing-pet report may receive only one booster.
- The alert remains subject to platform safety and moderation controls.
Paid submission boosters
A missing-pet report submitted with a paid Alert Booster begins in Review. It is published only after PayFast verification successfully completes the existing secure fulfilment process.
Monthly Homecoming Hero credit
An active Homecoming Hero may use or donate one available monthly credit on an eligible approved alert. A donated credit is recorded in the platform audit trail and awards the published fixed competition points.
